My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, especially room 13 with a view of the gardens, were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with newspapers, magazines, and tea/coffee facilities, making it worth the price I paid. The service was top-notch; the staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful. The location, although requiring paid parking and a bit quiet at night, was convenient being close to the station for my visit to Wimbledon and meeting family nearby. The dining experience was nice but could have been of better quality. Overall, a great value for money stay.
